The Speaker of the House of Assembly in Ekiti State, Rt. Honourable Olufunminiyi Afuye is reportedly Dead. He was 66.

gathered, was rushed to the Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital in the early hours of Wednesday over cardiac-related issues.
His last official engagement was on Tuesday when he accompanied the Governor of the State, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji to inspect some bad portions of roads in Ado Ekiti.
The state government is yet to release an official Statement as at the time of filing this report
