Hours ago, popular Nigerian Comedian and one of the front liner of last year #EndSars Protest, Debo Adebayo, better known as, Mr Macaroni was arrested along side some other protestants at the Lekki Tollgate this morning.
It’s been more than 5hours since the arrest of these protestants, since the arrest, they’ve been lots of mixed reactions amongst Nigerians and social media users.
Few hours ago, there was a viral video of Mr Macaroni and others protestants being packed in a bus with handcuffs on them, this has led many to condemn the Nigeria police force for ‘Violating the human rights ” of Nigerians.
However, report by Punch Newspaper says the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu has orders the immediate release of all #OccupyLekkiTollGate Protesters arrested today.
